Around the world, people have formed laughter clubs to practice Has ya Yoga… Laughter is believed to have a variety of health benefits, from reducing stress and restoring psychological well being; strengthening the immune system; alleviating bronchitis and asthma; and controlling blood pressure. It shows the difficulty to laugh for one minute and how easy it becomes after taking one Laughter Yoga Session :o ) World Laughter Day was celebrated by laughter clubs all over the world on May 4th. The Santa Rosa Junior College Laughter Yoga Club was present at srjc’s 30th annual Day Under The Oaks.
